Director of Business Development
Now Hiring Leadership Miami, FL / Remote Full-Time

The Director of Business Development will lead Princewood Capital's client acquisition, referral partner network, and revenue growth strategy. This is a senior role with direct accountability to the Founder and significant upside tied to the firm's growth.

  • Build and manage a referral partner network of CPAs, attorneys, commercial real estate brokers, and financial advisors
  • Develop and execute outreach strategies to identify and convert small business clients seeking financing
  • Own the firm's revenue pipeline and report on deal flow, conversion rates, and partner activity
  • Represent Princewood Capital at industry events, networking functions, and partner meetings
  • Work directly with the Founder on go-to-market strategy, pricing, and service development
  • Build systems and processes for client intake, CRM management, and business development tracking

What we are looking for: 3+ years in business development, sales, or relationship management in financial services, lending, or a related field. Existing network of referral partners is a strong plus. You are self-directed, personable, and comfortable building from scratch.

Senior Associate
Now Hiring Associates Miami, FL / Remote Full-Time 3 Openings

Senior Associates are the execution backbone of our loan brokerage operation. You will work directly with clients, manage the application process, coordinate with lenders, and ensure every deal we take on is packaged and submitted correctly.

  • Conduct client financial assessments and identify qualifying loan products
  • Prepare and package loan applications including financial statements, business narratives, and supporting documentation
  • Manage lender submissions and track deal status through underwriting and closing
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for clients through the loan process
  • Identify and communicate issues that could affect approval and recommend solutions
  • Support business advisory engagements including financial reviews and capital strategy work
  • Train and support Associates on process, documentation standards, and lender requirements

What we are looking for: 2+ years of experience in lending, loan origination, banking, financial services, or accounting. Understanding of SBA loan requirements is a plus. You are organized, client-focused, and comfortable managing multiple files simultaneously.

Associate
Now Hiring Associates Miami, FL / Remote Full-Time 5 Openings

Associates support the day-to-day execution of our loan brokerage pipeline. This is a ground-floor role with direct exposure to the full lending process and a clear path to Senior Associate as you develop your skills and close deals.

  • Handle initial client intake and document collection
  • Organize and prepare financial documents, tax returns, and business records for loan applications
  • Support Senior Associates and the Founder on application packaging and lender submissions
  • Communicate with clients on document requests, status updates, and next steps
  • Maintain accurate deal tracking across the pipeline CRM
  • Research lender products, rates, and qualification criteria
  • Support business development activities including outreach and follow-up communications

What we are looking for: Background in finance, accounting, banking, or a related field. Entry-level candidates with strong organizational skills and genuine interest in the lending and advisory space are encouraged to apply. Drive and coachability matter more than years of experience here.
